Damaged or Defective Products
While we take every measure to ensure the quality of our custom items, we recognize that unforeseen issues may arise. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are committed to making it right without the need for a cancellation or return.

- Provide photographs of the damaged or defective item, your order number, and your contact information.
- Our team will promptly review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or initiate a refund, based on your preference.
