To streamline our processes and ensure quick turnaround times, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept cancellations once an order is placed. Additionally, due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Manufacturing and Shipping Timelines

  • Manufacturing Time: Please allow 2-5 business days for the careful crafting and customization of your order.

  • Shipping Time: After manufacturing, your order will be shipped promptly. Shipping times may vary based on your location. 

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping ( NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT ): Enjoy flat-rate shipping for $14.95 on all orders.

  • Flat Rate Shipping ( SA, TAS, NT and WA ): Enjoy flat-rate shipping for $19.95 on all orders.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

Damaged or Defective Products

While we take every measure to ensure the quality of our custom items, we recognize that unforeseen issues may arise. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are committed to making it right without the need for a cancellation or return.

What to do:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@smileykiddo.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide photographs of the damaged or defective item, your order number, and your contact information.
  3. Our team will promptly review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or initiate a refund, based on your preference.
